^Terms and Conditions:
  1. Häagen-Dazs™ Membership offers and bonus points scheme are only applicable in Hong Kong Häagen-Dazs™ Shops.
  2. Customers must register as Red Card members (electronic member) through Häagen-Dazs™ website. Each member is only allowed to have one membership. If Silver Card members were upgraded to Gold Card members, the corresponding Silver Card membership would be cancelled.
  3. All members upgrade will be effective within 24 hours; bonus points will be transferred to members’ accounts automatically within 24 hours. (Except for designated products and special promotions)
  4. When Red Card members earned the designated bonus points within a designated membership validity period, they will be upgraded to Silver or Gold Card automatically. The bonus points of the corresponding Red Card will be cleared.
  5. When Silver Card members earned the designated bonus points within a designated membership validity period, they will be upgraded to Gold Card automatically and the Silver Card membership will be cancelled. The bonus points of the corresponding Silver Card will be automatically transferred and expired according to the expiry date of the original Silver Card membership.
  6. Offers and bonus points for Silver and Gold Card members will be valid on the date when the membership is activated. Membership is valid for 2 years. They will be expired on the day of the membership’s expiry date. Bonus points for Red Card members are only valid for 6 months.
  7. Häagen-Dazs™ Club will have ad-hoc special upgrade offers or programs. If members do not aware of the offer or program, General Mills Hong Kong Ltd bears no responsibility.
  8. Free toppings do not include fresh fruit. Choice of toppings depends on stock availability of individual shops.
  9. Photos are for reference only. The real product should be considered as final.
  10. If there is any discrepancy and change, consumers will not be given any prior notice. In case of any dispute, General Mills Hong Kong Ltd shall be final.
