A. Becoming a member
1. Red Card members
● Conditions to become a member:
For first time membership registration, customers can visit Häagen-Dazs™ Hong Kong website Häagen-Dazs™ club website. For registration, please enter your complete personal information and register with a valid email address to become a member. You will then receive a confirmation email for member account activation. You only need to enter your registered email and password in member website to become a Häagen-Dazs™ Red Card members and enjoy member privileges and offers. Red Card members' bonus points are valid for 6 months.
2. Silver Card members
● Conditions to become a member:
Customers can visit Häagen-Dazs™ Hong Kong website to register as a Red Card member. After successful registration, customers can purchase designated products at any Häagen-Dazs™ shop in Hong Kong and accumulate bonus points. Customers only need to accumulate at least 1000 bonus points in 6 consecutive months to upgrade to Silver Card. After membership upgrade, the bonus points accumulated in Red Card membership will be cleared. Silver Card membership and rights (including bonus points) are valid for 2 years.
3. Gold Card members
●Conditions to become a member:
Customers can visit Häagen-Dazs™ Hong Kong website to register as a Red Card member. After successful registration, customers can purchase designated products at any Häagen-Dazs™ shop in Hong Kong and accumulate bonus points. Customers only need to accumulate at least 1000 bonus points in one day to upgrade to Gold Card. The bonus points accumulated in Red Card membership will be cleared. If customers have already become Silver Card members, and accumulated at least 1000 bonus points in one day or at least 3000 bonus points within 2 years of Silver Card membership, members would be upgraded to Gold Card. All the bonus points accumulated in the Silver Card will be transferred to the Gold Card and will expire according to the expiry date of the original Silver Card membership. Gold Card membership and rights (including bonus points) is valid for 2 years.
B. Membership Rules:
1. Red Card Members: Membership is permanent.
●Red Card upgrade conditions:
Red Card members only need accumulate at least 1000 bonus points in 6 consecutive months to upgrade to Häagen-Dazs™ Silver Card members. The bonus points accumulated in Red Card membership will be cleared.
If Red Card members accumulate at least 1000 bonus points in one day, members could upgrade to Häagen-Dazs™ Gold Card members. The bonus points accumulated in Red Card membership will be cleared.
Silver Card Members: Membership is valid for 2 years.
● Silver Card members only need to accumulate at least 1000 bonus points in one day or 3000 bonus points within 2 years of membership to upgrade to Häagen-Dazs™ Gold Card members. All the bonus points that were accumulated in the Silver Card will be transferred to the Gold Card and will expire according to the expiry date of the original Silver Card membership.
●Silver Card renewal conditions:
If Silver Card members had accumulated at least 1000 bonus points within 2 years of Silver Card membership, but not enough bonus points to upgrade to Gold Card members, the Silver Card membership would be extended for 2 years, and the related rights and offers would be extended automatically. Members can continue to enjoy the member offers of Silver Card membership. The accumulated bonus points will expire on the same date as the original Silver Card's expiry date.
● Silver Card Downgrade conditions:
If Silver Card members had accumulated less than 1000 bonus points within 2 years of Silver Card membership, members would be downgraded to Red Card members. All the bonus points will be clear.
3. Gold Card members: Membership is valid for 2 years.
●Gold Card renewal conditions:
If Gold Card members had accumulated at least 3000 bonus points within the 2 years of Gold Card membership, the Gold Card membership would be extended for 2 years. Members can continue to enjoy the member offers of Gold Card membership, and the related rights and offers will be extended automatically. The accumulated bonus points will be expired on the same date as the original Gold Card's expiry date.
●Gold Card downgrade conditions:
If Gold Card members accumulate less than 3000 bonus points within the 2 years of Gold Card membership, members will be downgraded to Silver Card members. All the bonus points will be expired on the same day as the original Gold Card's expiry date.
C. 「Häagen-Dazs™ Club」Hong Kong Terms and Conditions:
1. Customers can now visit Häagen-Dazs™ website to register online to become a member, and start a Spectacular Journey with Häagen-Dazs™. All members must register as Red Card members first.
2. Each Häagen-Dazs™ Club member account must be personally owned. The bonus point accumulation, gift redemption, or any rights and other benefits related to the membership are only for the member's own use and cannot be transferred to others. If abuse or misuse is found, our company reserves the right to terminate or suspend the membership. Customers must register account by valid email address and phone number. We will not accept the application if we have determined that the same email or phone number has been used for member registration before. Once the email address is verified, it may not be amended.
3. Card members, upon purchase of designated products at any Häagen-Dazs™ shop in Hong Kong, can earn bonus points at the conversion rate of: Red Card and Silver Card member every HK$1 of purchase= 1 point, Gold Card HK$1= 1.5 points. This may not be applicable to some products while some promotional products may issue extra bonus points. Members must spend more than HK$1 on designated products to earn the bonus points.
4. Membership offers and bonus points scheme are only applicable in Hong Kong.
5. If bonus points are not redeemed before the date of expiry/membership expiry, the remaining bonus points will be cleared.
6. When Red Card members have earned enough reward points within a designated period, they will be upgraded to Silver or Gold Card members automatically.
7. If Silver Card members have earned enough reward points within a designated period, they will be upgraded to Gold Card members automatically.
8. Membership applicants are obliged to provide all required information on the application form and other personal information to our company for admission purpose. If they were unable to provide the above information, our company might not be able to process their application and this may jeopardize members from enjoying the member benefits. Applicants may refuse to provide the above information, but our company will not guarantee a successful application.
9. Members must agree to provide true, accurate and complete information about themselves on the application form.
10. To protect the rights of members, members must contact us in person to enquire about lost accounts, personal information update or membership registration. We may ask members to present identification documents for identity verification.
11. Members agree to receive informational and/or marketing emails, SMS and mails from our company unless members unsubscribe from receiving the above through written consent.
12. Our company will not be held liable for any legal liability, complaints or compensation resulting from members' failure to update their personal information.
13. Members' membership level is counted according to members' purchases (after reimbursement) within a certain period. If members did not purchase up to a certain amount or, after reimbursement, did not meet a certain level of our membership requirement, our company would reserve the right to downgrade or cancel the membership and its related discount and benefits. Under this circumstance, our company reserves the right to deduct or charge any reasonable administration fee.
14. If you would request to check or update personal information, please contact our customer service team by email or phone.
15. Membership offers cannot be used in conjunction with cash vouchers or other promotional offers.
16. Häagen-Dazs™ reserves absolute discretionary power to not to include any products or service /and not to include any transaction amount into the bonus point scheme. The related information will be announced on Häagen-Dazs™ website or/and Häagen-Dazs™ shops irregularly.
17. All full-time and contract employees of our company are not allowed to register as Häagen-Dazs™ Club members, nor can they participate in promotions and other activities organized by Häagen-Dazs™ Club to earn points and rewards. The membership will be terminated immediately, and related bonus points will also be cancelled once violation is found.
18. We reserve the right to amend details of any offers and rewards of Häagen-Dazs™ Club member scheme, and will not notify members in advance.
D. Membership Bonus Points Terms and Conditions
Earning Bonus Points
1. Qualified members can earn bonus points upon purchase of designated products at Häagen-Dazs™ shops in Hong Kong. Bonus points cannot be earned if the amount was paid in form of vouchers or bonus points.
2. Membership of Silver and Gold Card is valid for 2 years, and its bonus points are also valid within 2 years of the membership. Bonus points for Red Card members are only valid for 6 months.
3. Members are entitled to earn bonus points upon purchasing products (there is exception on certain products) at Häagen-Dazs™ shops. If members could not provide the membership information before payment, bonus points would not be reissued.
4. Any unredeemed bonus points for Silver and Gold Card members will be cleared on the membership expiry date.
5. Häagen-Dazs™ Club will notify members before expiry date of membership through email and Häagen-Dazs™ member website about the soon to be expired bonus points and the expiry date to facilitate members to redeem bonus points promptly. Häagen-Dazs™ will not provide any printed notice about members' bonus point records.
6. When Red Card members are upgraded to Silver or Gold Card level, the bonus points accumulated in Red Card membership will be cleared. When Silver Card members are upgraded to Gold Card level, the bonus points accumulated in Silver Card membership will be transferred and will expire according to the expiry date of the original Silver Card membership.
7. If members had renewed Silver, Gold Card membership successfully, the bonus points of the previous membership would still be expired on the previous membership's expiry date.
8.Under special circumstances, if members asked for reimbursement of any purchased goods at Häagen-Dazs™ shops, the related bonus points would be deducted from the membership account. If the related bonus points had already been redeemed, our company would reserve the right to refuse reimbursement.
9. If our company suspects any bonus points were earned by unlawful, dishonest methods or earned not according to the conditions of our company, we reserve the rights to deduct the bonus points from the membership account.
Redeem Bonus Points
1. Each valid receipt may only be recorded as one member's benefits and bonus points.
2. All bonus points will be transferred to members' accounts automatically within 24 hours, except designated products or special promotions.
3. Bonus points cannot be exchanged for cash or sold, and are strictly not transferable.
4. Redeemed bonus points will be deducted from members' accounts immediately. Redeemed bonus points are not refundable. Products that are redeemed using bonus points cannot be refunded or exchanged.
5. Only eligible Silver and Gold Card members can redeem bonus points. Red Card members are not eligible to redeem bonus points for any gifts and products.
Redeem Gift with Bonus Points
1. Members can use bonus points to exchange for gifts through Häagen-Dazs™ club website. Members can follow the following procedures to redeem gifts:
●Log into Häagen-Dazs™ member site Häagen-Dazs™ club website and choose gifts to redeem.
●Choose a designated shop for gift collection or fill in mailing address depending on the delivery arrangement of individual gifts. Please ensure that the information provided is correct. Our company will not be responsible for any loss and delay of delivery or re-issue of gifts due to incorrect information.
●Receive a confirmation email, and print out the redemption letter.
●Receive the registered mails or collect gifts in designated shops before expiry date. Gifts will not be reissued if expired.
●If the gift is in form of e-voucher, members must present the original e-voucher to redeem the gift. Printed or digital copy such as screenshot will not be accepted.
2. The gifts are strictly not for resale or other trade purpose.
3. All redeemed gifts cannot be refunded or reimbursed.

Birthday Offers
● Members can enjoy double bonus points when purchasing on their birthday months. Double bonus points is only valid for the amount after discount of first transaction in the birthday month. Members can also enjoy 20% off in one transaction, but this offer is not applicable to vouchers, cash coupons and all festive and designated items.
● Birthday offers can only be enjoyed within members' birthday month. Offers can only be enjoyed once and cannot be transferred. Offers can only applicable in Hong Kong Häagen-Dazs™ Shops.
● This offer is only applicable to Silver and Gold Card members.
● In order to protect members' rights, changes cannot be made after confirmation of members' birthday.
●Our company reserves the right of amending the details of birthday offers. The details of birthday offer will depend on the promotion offered that month.
Other special offers:
● Our company and other merchant partners reserve the right to amend the details of any promotion, promotion period and other details without notice.
● We would not provide any guarantee or declaration on any rewards, redeemed products and services on the membership scheme. If there are questions about the guarantee and claims on any reward, redeemed items or service, please contact our related product providers or service providers.
● The decision of General Mills Hong Kong Ltd. shall be final in case of disputes.
E. Membership service
Member registration
●Members must visit member site and enter personal information to register to become members and enjoy member offers.
●After successful registration, members will receive a confirmation email immediately and an electronic membership card will be activated. Members can start earning bonus points to enjoy a spectacular journey with Häagen-Dazs™.
Password recovery
●Members can click "forget password" on the member site, enter their registered email address and a new password will be sent to the registered email address.
The use of Häagen-Dazs™ Club member website
● Members can use their smart phones or computer to visit Häagen-Dazs™ member website, and enjoy the bonus points, latest information, special offers and e-voucher through the website.
●Each member is only eligible to register with one valid email address as their log in ID. If there were any technical problems affecting the use of the website, our company would not be responsible for claims or loss.
●Our company will update the latest members offers, information through the member website. Members are welcome to visit the website for more details.
●If members do not own a smart phone, we are sorry that we will not be able to provide some of the member offers, including the redemption of gifts with bonus points, designated coupons, and the latest membership information.
